2 tablespoonsWater - as required | ||

1/4 cupChickpea flour | ||
1 teaspoonCurry powder | ||
3 tablespoonSWater | ||
Oil for frying |
PreparationMix the fritter ingredients together, adding enough Besan(chickpea flour) to make the mixture sticky.Heat the oil in a saucepan or deep Scoop spoonfuls of fritter mix and form into walnut sized . Drop the balls into the hot oil and fry them to a golden brown.Allow them to drain briefly Remove and drain thoroughly on paper towel. Serve with tamerind chuttney.Enjoy |
