Recipe of Vegetable Fritters

Vegetable Fritters
1 cupCauliflower - shredded
1 cupCarrot - finely shredded
1 cupBroccoli finely shredded, stems only
1 mediumJalapeno pepper - finely diced (optional)
2 tablespoonsChickpea flour - Besan
1 tablespoonCurry powder
1/4 teaspoonSalt
2 tablespoonsWater - as required
-- Batter --
1/4 cupChickpea flour
1 teaspoonCurry powder
3 tablespoonSWater
                                                   Oil for frying 
       

Preparation                          

Mix the fritter ingredients together, adding enough Besan(chickpea flour) to make the mixture sticky.
Heat the oil in a saucepan or deep Scoop spoonfuls of fritter mix and form into walnut sized . Drop the balls into the hot oil and fry them to a golden brown.Allow them to drain briefly Remove and drain thoroughly on paper towel. Serve with
tamerind chuttney.Enjoy
